Scenerio of The Claim/Repair Process

The scenario below is a typical claim/repair process. Please note that each and every repair is unique. There are many variables when repairing vehicles.

  • An accident occurs
  • The claim process begins with a call to the responsible insurance company
  • A claim number is given
  • An assignment is faxed or sent electronically to Rogers Customs Collision Center
  • An appointment is scheduled with the customer, to complete an estimate of repairs
  • The vehicle is scheduled for repairs
  • Parts are ordered
  • Vehicle arrives at repair facility and repairs begin
  • Status updates are given through out the repair process
  • Repairs are completed
  • Vehicle is detailed
  • Customer is contacted to accept delivery of vehicle
  • Repairs are reviewed with the customer, and balances are collected
  • A Lifetime Warranty and a final invoice is presented to the customer

When dropping off your vehicle, all personal items such as garage door openers, house/office keys, car seats, phones, items in the trunk, etc, should be taken with you.
